Canan Güzel
Graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1988, Attorney and Mediator Canan Hazar Güzel has been providing high-quality and effective legal services to her clients for over 35 years, leveraging her extensive knowledge and experience across various fields of law.
Since 1990, Mrs Güzel has continued her career as an independent attorney, specializing in diverse areas such as Labor Law, Commercial Law, Family Law, Succession Law and Real Estate Law. Her expertise in Labor Law includes labor litigation, forensic accounting, and actuarial expertise, while she has also received specialized training in Family Law and Matrimonial Property Regimes. In addition to these, she provides corporate consultancy services to assist companies in managing their legal processes efficiently. With her deep understanding of the complexities of commercial activities, she offers strategic legal support in matters such as mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and resolution of commercial disputes.
Beyond her legal practice, Canan Güzel possesses in-depth expertise in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and serves as a TOBB-accredited mediator and MED-ARB arbitrator. She is also an official conciliator in Criminal Law and has achieved significant success in this field. As a specialized mediator, she provides services in various fields, including Labor Law, Construction Law, and Healthcare Law, offering swift and sustainable solutions, particularly in the resolution of collective labor disputes, to both individual and corporate clients.

Yağmur Güzel
Attorney Yağmur Güzel graduated from Koç University Faculty of Law with the Vehbi Koç Honor Award and gained extensive experience through internships at Turkey’s leading law firms during her studies. She further strengthened her academic background by completing a master’s degree (LL.M.) in International Commercial Law at the University of Westminster, London, with high distinction, where she also published her thesis on arbitration.
Focusing her professional career on international commercial law, banking and finance law, and arbitration, Ms Güzel provides corporate legal consultancy services to assist businesses in effectively managing their legal processes. Her deep understanding of the complex structure of commercial activities enables her to offer strategic legal support in mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and the resolution of commercial disputes. Additionally, she has gained significant experience in large-scale projects involving complex contractual structures, particularly in the construction and real estate sectors. With her strong coordination skills and legal expertise, she stands out as a practitioner who ensures that her clients' priorities are represented in the most accurate and efficient manner within a legal framework.
Furthermore, as a trademark attorney, Ms Güzel provides strategic guidance on all aspects of intellectual property, offering legal support in trademark registration processes, oppositions, and cancellation cases. Zeynep Cansu Güzel
After graduating from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law, Attorney and Mediator Zeynep Cansu Güzel successfully completed her legal internship, laying a solid foundation for her professional career. She continued her academic development by completing a thesis-based master's program in Information Technology Law at Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law, where she gained in-depth expertise in this field. To further enhance her legal knowledge at an international level, she pursued education in London, strengthening her global legal perspective.
With comprehensive expertise in information technology law and e-commerce, Ms Güzel specializes in digital commerce processes, data protection, electronic contracts, platform law, and financial technology regulations. Her expertise enables her to provide strategic legal consultancy to businesses and entrepreneurs undergoing digital transformation, ensuring compliance with complex regulatory frameworks.

Serdar Devrim
Retired judge, Attorney and Mediator Serdar Devrim graduated from the Faculty of Law at Dokuz Eylül University in 1997. Demonstrating a strong commitment to academic research, Mr Devrim completed his Master's degree at Istanbul Kültür University, where he carried out extensive studies in commercial law, culminating in his thesis titled “The Contribution of Non-Cash Capital in Joint Stock Companies.”

Upon his retirement on August 16, 2024, Mr Devrim transitioned to private practice and currently offers legal and mediation services in Muğla and Bodrum. He specializes in Commercial Law, Cooperative Law, Corporate Law, Insurance Law, Maritime Law, Commercial Enterprise Law, Contract Law, Tort Law, Transport Law, and Intellectual Property Law. Abbas Bilgili
After graduating from the Faculty of Business Administration at Erzurum Atatürk University in 1979, Attorney and Mediator Abbas Bilgili pursued a career in law and obtained his law degree from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1990. He further deepened his academic expertise by completing a master’s degree at Çukurova University Faculty of Law.
With a professional career spanning over 35 years, Mr Bilgili began his legal practice within Çukobirlik, where he held various positions, including Cooperative Director, Inspector, and Deputy General Manager, for two decades. During this period, he specialized in cooperative law and commercial law. Since 2000, he has been practicing as an independent attorney registered with the Adana Bar Association, actively handling significant litigation and advisory matters, particularly in the fields of labor law, cooperative law, and commercial law. He has also played an active role in the bar association, serving as Vice President of the Adana Bar Association, a Member of the Board of Directors, and Chairman of the Working Commission. Currently, he serves as a Congress Delegate at the Union of Turkish Bar Associations.

After graduating from Çukurova University Faculty of Law, Attorney Pelin Dinçer specialized in Labor and Social Security Law.
